1. Preparation & Fulfillment

Upon finalizing your transaction, our fulfillment specialists immediately begin preparing your vessels. Thorough quality inspection and secure packaging generally require three (3) business days prior to transferring the parcel to our logistics network. Please be advised that purchases finalized over the weekend will enter the dispatch queue on the subsequent Monday.

2. Global Transit Timelines

For international freight, Nuenora applies a universal, flat-rate tariff of $5.99 USD, regardless of your geographic location. Following warehouse dispatch, you can anticipate your items arriving within an estimated window of 10 to 20 business days.

3. Unforeseen Disruptions

Occasionally, external variables such as stringent customs clearances or regional carrier disruptions may extend transit times. We deeply appreciate your grace and understanding should these uncontrollable circumstances arise.

4. Shipment Monitoring

Tracking your vessel's journey is seamless. A dispatch notification containing your distinct digital tracking identifier will be forwarded to your inbox the moment your package departs. We recommend monitoring your shipment via www.17track.net. (Note: It is entirely normal for courier systems to require a few days to register the initial digital scan).

5. Split Fulfillments

To minimize your wait time, multi-item acquisitions might be sourced and dispatched from separate international facilities. Consequently, your vases may arrive independently. In such instances, each separate parcel will be accompanied by its own specific tracking email.

6. Urgent Transaction Amendments

Adjusting delivery coordinates or altering vessel specifications (such as finish or quantity) requires immediate intervention—ideally within 12 hours of completing checkout. Please email support@nuenora.com urgently with:

  • Your unique Order ID (e.g., 031SHOP-1938) and the original purchasing email.
  • The precise modifications required.

Disclaimer: Because our fulfillment process is highly streamlined, we cannot guarantee alterations once an order enters the packing phase, though our team will make every effort to intercept it.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Should you be unavailable to receive your parcel, local couriers typically secure the package at a nearby postal depot and leave a collection notice. We strongly advise contacting your regional carrier directly utilizing your tracking data as a first step. Nuenora assumes no liability for parcels returned to sender due to invalid addresses or a failure to collect the item.

8. Extended Transit Protocols

If your delivery feels prolonged, please utilize this two-step verification process:

  • Review Recent Activity: If your tracking link reflects movement within the past 7 days, your shipment is progressing through the logistics network normally.
  • Escalation Window: Should the tracking stall with zero updates for over 7 consecutive days, please notify our client care team with your Order ID and email so we can launch an internal inquiry.

9. Missing or Intercepted Freight

Suspected lost parcels are handled with the utmost urgency. We will liaise directly with the freight company to locate your delivery.

  • Transit Loss: If a formal carrier investigation concludes your item was permanently misplaced en route, Nuenora will gladly commission a complimentary replacement shipment.
  • Post-Delivery Theft: Our jurisdiction and liability conclude the moment a courier logs a "Delivered" status. We cannot reimburse or replace parcels that vanish after confirmed delivery. In these scenarios, we highly suggest consulting neighbors, building management, or local authorities.

10. Logistics Network & Origins

We proudly distribute our collections globally. If your region falls under rare shipping restrictions, our team will notify you immediately. While our primary distribution nodes are located across North America, the EU, and Australia, select artisanal pieces may dispatch directly from our elite manufacturing partners' facilities to optimize logistical efficiency.

11. Binding Terms & Conditions

By finalizing a transaction with Nuenora, you acknowledge and agree to the following parameters:

  • Transit Estimates: All delivery timelines are projections, not absolute guarantees. We are not liable for delays stemming from customs or carrier setbacks.
  • Import Levies: Purchasers bear full responsibility for any applicable national customs tariffs, import duties, or local taxes. These surcharges are exclusively determined by your local government and are not included in our checkout totals.
  • Address Validity: Providing an accurate, comprehensive destination is the buyer's sole obligation. We bear no responsibility for lost goods resulting from incorrect destination inputs.
  • Transfer of Liability: Nuenora's accountability ceases entirely once the tracking status reflects a successful delivery scan.
